Our Story
Friends since grad school, Julian and Ben both earned their M.S. in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they helped professors teach classes and conducted valuable economic research and data analysis. Shortly after graduating, they reunited when they had the chance to work under the former COO and CFO of Hebrew National, specializing in data analytics consulting for e-commerce brands. After delivering powerful results for clients, this successful collaboration motivated them to establish Baneth & Baker Analytics. Today, they are committed to providing innovative marketing analytics solutions that drive value and enable informed decision-making for businesses across diverse industries.

Julian Baneth
Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer
Julian is from Raleigh, NC, and holds an M.S. in Economics from UNC Charlotte, where he served as a graduate assistant and helped university economists in the NC Economic Forecast. With a background in quantitative analysis and marketing analytics, he has worked as a Quantitative Modeling Analyst and Economist at Ally Bank, in SEO Marketing at Dimensional Fund Advisors, and as a Marketing Analytics Consultant at Albert Fensterstock Associates.
Beyond his work in analytics, Julian is a passionate music enthusiast with a love for jazz, rock, gospel, and R&B. He also serves as a pianist at CDEC Church in Kannapolis, NC.

Ben Baker
Co-Founder, Chief Data Officer
Ben is from Waynesville, NC and holds an M.S. in Economics from UNC Charlotte. With expertise in marketing analytics and data-driven insights, he has worked as a Marketing Analytics Consultant at Albert Fensterstock Associates, a Graduate Research Assistant at the UNC Charlotte Department of Economics, and in SEO Marketing at Searchmetrics.
When he’s not analyzing data, Ben can be found cheering on the Carolina Panthers or out on the court playing Pickleball!
